Track Competency-Based Step Progressions
Today, customers with competency-based occupations can track custom training statuses for technical competencies directly from the Profile Details page. By default, the set of statuses is the following: Not Started, In Training, Demonstrates Fundamentals & Proficient in Competency. If you'd like to use a different scale, you can customize it by creating Custom Fields for the competencies associated with the apprentice.
View your Realtime Completion Rate
This month we added the ability to view your organization's overall apprentice completion rate right on your dashboard. This number is calculated from the apprentice data captured in your ApprentiScope account. The completion rate equation is #completed / (#completed + #exited). If this number looks off, you can modify it by marking Apprentices as completed or exited.
Improved Evaluations UI
We've improved Performance Evaluations this month as well. To better accommodate rich competency descriptions, we've removed the circular score indicator in favor of a more streamlined inline indicator. Also, the overall score is now expressed as a percentage.

RTI component was removed from the Work Summary page to make the rows more readable on small screens
