Program History Tracking

Track Apprentice progression throughout multiple programs, including Pre-Apprenticeships. Now, whenever an Apprentice transitions into a new occupation, we'll automatically store that information, so you have a complete history of their training at your disposal. Check it out on the Profile Details page by clicking the   icon in the top right corner.

Pull Reports for Grades, Case Notes & Communications

We're excited to add reports for Grades, Case Notes & Communications to our growing Individualized reports collection. Use these reports to export data about Participant events and communications to make grant management a breeze. 

Generate Apprentice Disability Disclosures

We've added the ability to generate pre-populated Voluntary Disability Disclosure forms from Administrator, Sponsor, and Regulator accounts. Batch download these forms alongside Form 671s to streamline RAPIDS compliance.

Batch Convert Users to Authenticated

From your Apprentice Overview page, you can now convert Manged Users to Authenticated Users in batch. Use this to streamline your managed rollout process.

More Fields Available in Custom Reports

This one's pretty easy. We've added several fields to our Custom Report Builder, including Cohorts, to make pulling specific reports that much easier. Use this to close information gaps in your organization and improve your programs.

Employer Management Comes to Regulators

Finally, we've added the ability for Regulators to manage Employers directly from their accounts alongside Sponsors & Intermediaries.

More Improvements

1. Sponsors can now duplicate occupations from their Occupations page

2. Occupation versions are now accessible in filters to make finding apprentices faster

3. Profile Details general tab has been reorganized to improve readability

4. Apprentices already in a cohort will now appear in the Members dropdown of new cohorts

5. Completing an apprentice's Technical Competency via a Competency Evaluation will now also update the competency's status
