Self-Select Apprentices for Supervisors
We've added permission that allows our users to control how Supervisors are assigned to their Apprentices. Now, along with direct assignments, you can allow your Supervisors to self-select which Apprentices they're assigned to which greatly reduces administrative time.
Apprentice Grades Tab
We're excited to bring Grades to Apprentice views. From your Settings & Permissions page, you can allow your apprentices to view their grades, making communication of RTI completion even easier.
Support for RTI-Based Wage Schedules
This month, we're excited to bring support for RTI-based Wage Schedules to Occupations. ApprentiScope now supports all variations of Wage Schedules for Registered Apprenticeship.
Improved Work Summary Approvals UI
Work Summary received a UI overall this month, making it even easier for Supervisors to approve apprentice OJT hours with a simplified look and feel.
Improved My Data UI
My Data also received a UI overhall this month. We've added more pronounced (and hideable) headers designed to improve the data collection experience for Apprentices & Applicants.
More Fields Available in Custom Reports
This one's pretty easy. We've added several fields to our Custom Report Builder, making it easier than ever to close information gaps in your organization and improve your programs.
