Dynamic Competency-Based Evaluation Thresholds

Starting today, Administrators will be able to set the threshold that determines whether or not a technical competency should be marked as completed after an evaluation is submitted for an apprentice. Previously, this was fixed at 75% due to national guidelines, but we've seen an increase in folks wanting to set this to 100%, so we've added the ability for our customers to choose which threshold best suits their program. Access this via the Competency Completion Threshold setting under the appropriate user type.
Custom HTML Support in Job Applications

Want to spice up your ApprentiScope job applications? Starting today, you can include custom HTML code in your job applications to make them look exactly how you'd like. To do this, edit your job posting, write HTML in the Description box, and click save.
Ability to control entry pages for Applicants & Apprentices

To streamline customer workflows (i.e. Applications with additional data or Apprentices who only need to log OJT/RTI hours), we've added the ability to control which page Applicants & Apprentices are directed to upon login or account creation. Access this via the Entry Page setting under the appropriate user type.
Ability for Applicants & Apprentices to delete uploaded files

Applicants & Apprentices now have the ability to delete files that they've previously uploaded via their Account page.

Allow Applicants & Apprentices to view evaluations submitted by others

Administrators and above now have the ability to control whether or not Applicants & Apprentices can view evaluations that were submitted by other people for them. Access this via the View Non-Owned Evaluations permission under the appropriate user type.

More fields added to Custom Report Builder
We've added Veteran Spouse to Custom Report Builder.

OJT Hours progress bar was re-enabled on Profile Details pages for Apprentices in Competency-Based occupations
